Not really, they are acting with impunity because there's nobody to keep them in check. They are engaging in wide-scale banditry with little pushback.

A curfew has been declared in the entire district of Nushki. It is pertinent to note that this is the 2nd curfew declaration after the one in Khad Kocha area of Mastung district, though that was not district wide.
The curfew comes after repeated attacks along the Quetta-Taftan highway that has targeted multiple cargo/passenger vehicles.

Pakistani Security Forces conducted a precision drone strike in Noshki, resulting in the elimination of 4–5 FAH terrorists.

It is important to note that the curfews now cover 2 key arterial roads that connect Quetta to outside Balochistan. Both Quetta-Taftan, and Quetta-Karachi highways are the roads in question that have faced major degradation in goods transport. This leaves Quetta-Sukkur, Quetta-DI Khan, and Quetta-DG Khan as the remaining non-curfew links.
