All the South Asian countries are effectively labour exporters. As for Bangladesh, with the UN getting defunded and becoming increasingly irrelevant, I can understand why the military might see deployment opportunities in KSA as an alternative to UN peacekeeping missions. As long as people are honest and realistic about what the arrangement entails , I don't see anything wrong with it, but it is delusional to think that Saudi Arabia and the other members will go to war against India or Myanmaar in support of Bangladesh. If the Pakistani militarry is not going to war against India despite the revocation of IWT and attacks and subversion almost everyday in KP, Balochistan and Kashmir, do you think the FM and generals will lift a finger for Bangladesh. In any case, that is moot because no one has invited Bangladesh to be part of the pact and the Pakistani and Turkish military industrial complexes don't want to share the Saudi money with others.

Yes, BD military had a nice gig with lucrative UN deployments.

There’s heavy competition to get deployed via UN.

So, Saudi mercenary work is lucrative.
