It is doubtful whether proper security could be put in place for her while she is on trial, which will be complex and potential last many months.

Best she stays where she is now and once BD has a stable growth government and the rule of law is firmly in place, then BD can request extradition for Hasina.

Hasina fleeing was the best outcome of the revolution. If she was murdered, she would garner sympathy and all her psycho acts wouldn't have come out to this extent.

I think that India will eventually dump her to a third country. She and her mentally unstable drunkard of a son has become a political liability for India. If India is to ever have normal relationship with Bangladesh again, they will eventually have to get rid of her.

They can't hand her out to Bangladesh, as that will signal bad news for India's future puppets, so most likely they are going to dump her to a third country without any extradition treaty with BD.

Many in media have called out Belarus as the likely spot, as Fmr COAS Aziz has businesses and assets in Belarus. But with Russia trying to woo the current BD gov by offering 30000 tonnes of free potash, it is clear they want good relation with BD. Plus China being supportive of the new gov is also a factor. Given Belarus won't go against Russia's will, I think India's options on where to dump Hasina are getting increasingly smaller.

Possibility of religious extremism and militancy in Bangladesh if USA interfere in the politics of Bangladesh?​

Disclaimer- Question intended to learn and has been asked out of curiosity. Not a propaganda post or something.

Many people don’t know this but Dr Yunus is pro American although not a US proxy like many conspiracy theorists claim. On the other hand, the Bangladesh army has always been pro BNP and pro America. Now, since Hasina was ousted from the government, many infamous islamists including Jashimuddin Rahmani, the leader of militant Ansarullah Bangla, were released from jail. Moroever, many people don’t know this but the USA has always supported the Jamaat e Islami, even, in 2013 when Hasina hanged the senior leaders of Jamaat e Islami, the USA condemned and actively lobbied on behalf of Jamaat e Islami to stop the executions.
The foreign policy of United States with regards to Muslim countries has always been the same and that is rousing the Islamists. The USA brought Taliban in Afghanistan, the Islamist General Zia Ul Haq in Pakistan, ISIS in Iraq and Syria, Ayatollah in Iran, and Muslim brotherhood in Egypt. It is almost like in whichever country the USA went, Islamism and violent militancy followed. I am wondering whether Bangladesh might become like Afghanistan, Egypt, Syria, Pakistan or Iraq if USA ever interfere in the political landscape of Bangladesh?
