@Alter_Ego

there havent been an election for 15 years?

There have been 4 in the last 15 years as far as I am aware- 2009, 14, 19, 24.

Isnt SHW technically right in styling herself PM of BD since she never formally submitted her resignation?

@LeonBlack08 @UKBengali @BananaRepublic

1. She submitted her resignation to the President.
.
2. Even if we go by the logic of BAL loonies and their minions. As per our constitution, she is no longer PM of BD because the President broke the parliament. PM of BD must be a MP.
.

@AbuShalehRumi

But:
I believe the Hon President denies that there was any resignation.
Can a President dissolve the Parliament without the advise of a PM and Cabinet?

I believe the Hon President denies that there was any resignation.
After that, he claimed he was misinterpreted in a press release. That idiot have dementia.
Can a President dissolve the Parliament without the advise of a PM and Cabinet?
How do you interpret "advice* and "order"? There were nobody to give "advice" to the president after 5th August 2024.
