Yep the filthy devious Jashi mentality shows through again. These Jashi scum pretend to be Islamic but are just puppets for the Americans and Zionists. It is you who have absolutely no idea how things work. I won't waste my time with your idiotic sarcasm because that is the only level of these Jashis because they simply lack the intelligence and IQ and copy and paste from other more superior people.

Jashi is not at all powerful without the foreign intelligence agency guiding their every move and planning for them years in advance. It does seem now that politics in Bangladesh has now reached a dangerous turning point with the Jamaat-e-Islami challenging the legitimacy of the Interim Government (using very similar arguments as the Awami League) but have trapped themselves in a legal net or bind which they could have avoided had they not supported the Yunus administration so blindly from the start but this could mean a break between Jashi and the Choton gang which would be good for the country.

Interestingly Dr. Zahidur Rahman (who is facing a personal crisis has come out strongly against Jashi and this has angered Elias Hossain who is adopting the same arguments as Zulkarnain Saer (Sami) regarding the corruption and nepotism of the Interim Government) and has posed the question whether Jamaat-e-Islami is now on the right side of history? Zahidur Rahman claims that Jamaat-e-Islami was on the wrong side in 47 and 71. The question remains whether the JeI will be on the right side of history in 2025. We now await the latest fatwa from Imam Langta Sulaiman Pinky on these significant political questions ...

They're pressuring IG for July charter with constitutional recognition by telling them that our current constitution doesn't have anything called Interim Government concept in it. In future the legality of IG can be questioned. So IG should plug the hole...

The Interim Government cannot plug the hole by introducing the PR system or including the July Charter in the Constitution. It makes no difference to the legitimacy of the Interim Government which is unconstitutional for entirely different reasons. This is not a cold and calculated move by Jamaat but an act of desperation to thwart the elections by any means necessary but this is driving the country towards instability. The Jamaat are probably the most unscrupulous, opportunistic and conspiratorial parties out there.

As I mentioned in a FB post that Adv. Shishir Monir is legally correct in his claim that if the Interim Government is illegitimate and unconstitutional this does not mean that the Supreme Court is also. However if the IG is unconstitutional then all the appointments made under it would similarly be invalid including all the appointments to the Supreme Court rendering any ruling it makes flawed and irregular.

However, possibly realizing the consequences and repercussions of his statement Adv. Shishir Monir now claims that the IG is indeed constitutional and legal and so the Supreme Court's ruling on the registration of the Jamaat-e-Islami with the Election Commission is also legal. It seems that a particular embassy may have pressured the Jamaat to retract the earlier statement of Adv. Shishir Monir.
