But we don't know if it a Pak or Chinese ammo. Form new batches procured few years ago or the old ones now being spent for training.
Well if good supply chain practices are the sequence of issuance of ordance would be on a FIFO (First in First Out) basis.

Meaning older ordnances will be issued first for the field training.

Though I suspect a second or third round may also be present inside the Tank ignited by the first explosion. (That's a probability if this was a training involving quick successive firing by the crew)
