Bangladesh should forfeit the world cup if the venue doesn't change.

India should forfeit as they cannot provide adequate security, even admittedly so by their own words.

The ICC is being weak and hypocritical if it does not relocate the Bd matches on the grounds of security.

And ofcourse they won't get their share of the ICC revenue.

They literally humiliated Pakistan many times and tried with all their might to destroy Pak cricket. BD sent their team to play in Pak when some countries refuse to go to Pakistan.

Let's not forget, Bd stood with Pak for Asian cup in 2024.
