I read it all and They are not really sure that it was a Zircon.It could be Supersonic KALIBER or even if was a Zircon,it is actually malfunctioned not intercepted.
This is no 100% confirmation yet

Turkey due to economic crisis has decided to make propaganda on their own weapons (which likely are very rushed and cheap copies of west). They no longer can afford the NATO weapons they have been buying for years so propaganda about weapons to distract real issues like economic crisis is in play. It is an export russian missile. India has slowly put some Indian parts in it.
