I don't think that's possible now that PAF officially going for J-10 and J-35. F-21 tech would have been too sensitive for the US to sell or process as aid for Pakistan, and they aren't cheap, the Taiwan deal IIRC is 15 billions for 60 new airframe and unknown for the upgrade kits to upgrade them all to F-21 Viper

If US get involved in Afghanistan again, maybe Trump might offer a few of these to PAF, but I wouldn't really count on it for real.
