India literally has a veto. Pakistan can't join unless India agrees.

Pakistan is taking it's time, this is not a priority for Pakistan, but it will eventually join due to converging interests but nothing will materialize with India as it's main enemy

I think you're misunderstanding China to be an all powerful God. Unless China or Pakistan or whoever offers India a deal in exchange to let Pakistan in, Pakistan won't be in BRICS.

Countries of BRICS respect one another. There is no master slave relation like between the US and European countries.

India is a founding member of BRICS and by weight, the second most important for whatever that is worth. Just adding anybody doesn't make an organization worth anything otherwise UN would the mightiest of them all.

So that is only your opinion too. China does acknowledge US is the most powerful country, but US is not the most important country to Chinese. Maybe you Indians think US is the most important country.

what about Argentina, what reasons they made for not joining BRICS?
we faced the similar experience with Indonesia also. we find NATO diplomats might be behind these two losses

new inductees like Iran-Egypt have added strength/charm in BRICS founder members.....
i don't think US-West can match BRICS

Moscow share leadership with Beijing in BRICS. Moscow is enough to see interests of India in BRICS. we find, Beijing maintains full and firm support in BRICS leadership by help of Moscow this way

the work of Superpower, the P5s, its the Beijing & the Moscow from our side in P5s of UN and NPT type Cold War time political platforms/political ratios, we keeping upto now......

Nato will pressurise many states to not join, Argentina had no choice but to back off and Indonesia declares itself neutral. BRICS and SCO needs to become more integrated. Looking at Russian situation, all Nato/EU and allies have economic destruction sanctions on it but its still surviving, the change is already here, just needs time.

China never wants to be the world leader, we just wants to make money and being left alone.

Some Indian guy said here, India will not let Pakistan into BRICS, same way Pakistan will not India in OIC.

I didn't know India has veto power in BRICS, or it does not?

Recently Venuzuela was denied entry by Brazil. Maduro, their president made some statements about a country blocking it without directly mentioning Brazil. So, I think yeah there is some kind of Veto power for BRICS founding members.
