Make no mistake, the Republicans are just as retarded as the democrats when it comes to their opinion on Pakistan, and are worse when it comes to Muslims.

The only difference is that the Republicans will do the exact opposite of the Democrats just out of spite. Thus, the Republicans come off as pro-Pakistan, because the opposite is the Dems imposing sanctions on Pakistan.

Good US-China relations are a net positive and perhaps even a boon for Pakistan.

Not 'perhaps', but 'certainly': Pakistan has long been put on a difficult balancing act between America and China. A non-antagonistic relationship between America and Pakistan greatly benefits Pakistan. Also, I as have cited here a NY Times major article from a few months ago, Trump maybe leaning toward 'carving up' the world into 'spheres of influence' and certainly China would be one of them. It will be wonderful for Pakistan to have its significant trade benefits with an America-led West and American allies, which include rich nations like Japan and South Korea, while also maintaining the vital ties with China.
If above scenario were to materialize then I don't see why India won't worry a lot!!

This is why I've turned against the PTI and Imran Khan. Their supporters in the US and West have made me realized that they are cult worshipers. He couldn't stop thinking about himself for a moment and get on the same page with the mil-establishment, take his licks and come back later.

I dont give af about democracy or all that other sh*t peddle by White-washed Pakistanis. Its juice-box psy-op to push this destructive ideology into Islamic nations. I want efficiency. The events of May 7th has shown me that I very much prefer a militaristic Pakistan that can manage potentional dissenters in a clever way than what the Iranians and Iraqis have done (failures). Keep your friends closer but your enemy closer and no plays a better game than the Mil establishment. I was a rabid military hater after the NCV of 2022, but watching the military performed efficiently in gelding the Indians and quite grudingly good foreign polcy and strategy tells me that they really smart people behind the scene advising them. I'm sorry but Pakistan isn't one homogenous nation. it has about 20+ ethnicities that the current system corrupt as it is, only can manage. It can fall apart swiftly but hasn't.

And yes the expats are the deluded destructive ones. OMG, they don't even have the ability to connect the dots from the events since August 2021 (the Fall of Kabul). What happened and is happening in Pakistan is yet another Pakistani power play which their Messiah Khan was and remains too stupid to play.
PS. I turned against Imran overnight when his Speaker of the National Assembly threw out the NCV in April 2022. I immediately saw a liar, opportunist, dangerous person without ANY political sense except to piggy back on Pakistanis' deep anti Americanism to regain 'popularity' and he was allowed one full year for his Goddamn BS propaganda! But he eventually hung himself with the rope given to him. Good riddance!!

It may well be that India, by not acknowledging Trump's boastful (and wrong) claim about stopping the India-Pakistan conflict in May 2025 and later India, due to intense domestic political pressure, challenging Trump's version which has irked Trump personally; domestic politics can really hurt foreign policies!! Yes, he may have a team of 'advisors' and whatnot behind him but he doesn't take slights easily. And was Pakistan showering Trump with praise for ending the conflict and even nominating for the Nobel Peace Prize and there was India in antagonistic posture toward Trump. Trump can basically do whatever he wants with very few limits. India better watch out!

The mineral and oil exploration is a long term thing because these are located in areas where "militancy" is rife. CPEC projects have suffered due to this issue. Anyway offtopic.

That is the problem of Pakistan "actually" being led by military leadership and not a proper civilian leadership that is empowered to make the best decisions for Pakistan as a whole. Everything is viewed through security/military if the person you are dealing with, has a uniform. Most western countries are not comfortable debating economics, or other types of civilian co-operation with miliary leaders, but prefer civilian ones. Of course, the military establishment does not understand ( or care ) just as long as they are the leaders making "decisions". This approach costs Pakistan alot, as Pakistan has not been able to develop good quality effective civilian leadership as that evolutionary process has not been allowed to mature.

My comments are not about personalities, i dont care about that, it is about the evolution and growth of capable civilian leadership in Pakistan that is dynamic and evolutionary.
