China did do away some not pleasant part of the traditional culture after the "commie revolution" like footbanding, child marriage and male dominance, cultures always change with time during the whole Chinese history, otherwise China could never grow this fast.
And I don't think caste discrimination and drinking cow pee is fine. You India is the one which does need a revolution.

You need to try to cow cola first!

Alas, isn't this about China and Japan?

Yeah, you Indians and Japs are the same kind of people, @Thinking . That's why you two are so close, lol.

Much more greedier than US in grabbing lands from others. A nation with petty capabilities but with wolf's greed and wild ambition.

The US already has a lot of arable land, but starting with Trump, they also want to grab Canada and Greenland.

In comparison, those Japanese far right-wingers also daydream of grabbing China + Siberia in order to satisfy their mentality of land grabbing hunger.

Yeah, US now is in another phase of wild expansion after years being content. So are India and Japan are always hungry and greedy for land expansions.

You can be sure India will never get pandas from China for reasons you know, so far India had asked China 14 times and rejected.

Why is it called a red panda?

Etymology

The origin of the name panda is uncertain, but one of the most likely theories is that it derived from the Nepali word "ponya". The word पञ्जा pajā or पौँजा pañjā means "ball of the foot" and "claws". The Nepali words "nigalya ponya" has been translated as "bamboo-footed" and is thought to be the red panda's Nepali name; in English, it was simply called panda, and was the only animal known under this name for more than 40 years; it became known as the red panda or lesser panda to distinguish it from the giant panda, which was formally described and named in 1869.

The genus name Ailurus is adopted from the Ancient Greek word αἴλουρος ailouros meaning 'cat'. The specific epithet fulgens is Latin for 'shining, bright'.

Taxonomy

The red panda was described and named in 1825 by Frederic Cuvier, who gave it its scientific name Ailurus fulgens. Cuvier's description was based on zoological specimens, including skin, paws, jawbones and teeth "from the mountains north of India", as well as an account by Alfred Duvaucel. The red panda was described earlier by Thomas Hardwicke in 1821, but his paper was only published in 1827. In 1902, Oldfield Thomas described a skull of a male red panda specimen under the name Ailurus fulgens styani in honour of Frederick William Styan who had collected this specimen in Sichuan.

I couldn't imagine those poor pandas living in that heat.

Japan is not militarily capable of doing anything. South Korea has serious issues with them, Russia also does and they want arms with China which dominates them on every front. They need to relax and get on with keeping their nation going for the next 100 years at least.
