China did do away some not pleasant part of the traditional culture after the "commie revolution" like footbanding, child marriage and male dominance, cultures always change with time during the whole Chinese history, otherwise China could never grow this fast.
And I don't think caste discrimination and drinking cow pee is fine. You India is the one which does need a revolution.

I don't think so, Taiwan had no major industries when it was an Island the only valuables they took are Budhist relics which Chinese were breaking down anyway. Bat? Yeah sure we all saw the videos didn't see them Indians. Yulin is not in Korea though.
