Again! You are saying it with a one-sided mind.Any country involved in a open conflict should be excluded for the moment, any country that poses a massive risk to segments of its own population or the surrounding states should also be excluded
India is all of those things
Speaking generally however, India with a population of 1.4 billion people should have representation
But then so should Pakistan with 250 million
Bangladesh with 200 million
The Muslim world needs representation with over 2 billion
Arabs need representation with multiple states and hundreds of millions
Africa needs representation with hundreds of millions etc
The list goes on
We need U.N reform, we need a end to the U.N security council in it's current form
All India wants to do is add to the current biased crap of the security council because it's has delusions of grandeur, it doesn't really care about U.N development etc
And India with it's hindutva delusions is dangerous for south Asia, so India's entry into the current system is INTOLERABLE and only change of the system to represent the world more effectively is acceptable and the big powers won't allow it
China follows all UNSC orders? or the USA?
Hindutva, or whatever you call it, does not matter to anyone. no one cares.
The reform of the UNSC, which has different criteria and ignores India - will be tough. There is a reason all the others—the USA, Russia, France, and the UK—support India for the seat and many non-permanent members.
Again, if China vetoes against India, - does not matter - it will prove the power of India.
Anyway
