This picture was a decade ago, that the 珠峰 = Zhumulangmafeng = Mount Everest is the code name for China's 6th gen ACE/VCE which started its ground test a decade ago.

The WS-15 is 峨眉 = Mount E'mei.

So the WS-15 started the ground test on 2006, and the VCE started the ground test on 2016.
