No, H-20 will be strategic bombers like B-2 but J-36 is more like stealthy fighter bomber type of jet like upscaled F-111 Advark or Russian Su-24/34

This is the concept of 6th generation fighter, where dogfighting is no more a focus and become much irrelevant, hence a little bit bigger fighter bring more advantages for air dominance combat, such as: bring more fuel, extended range, bigger capacity to bring weapon, stronger power generation for direct energy weapon, adequate cooling system generation, more sensor & avionics.

J-36 is basically a fighter bomber. Big bombers aren't really that useful in modern warfare anymore unless they are used for carrying long range cruise missiles.

Also, J-36 has three engines and is pretty much the size of B-21.

J-36 is basically a fighter bomber. Big bombers aren't really that useful in modern warfare anymore unless they are used for carrying long range cruise missiles.

H-20 is your answer, but It would be manned bomber not unmanned bomber, First It would be lot easier to develop much smaller unmanned Fighter jets than move to the unmanned bomber

There's no need for dedicated bombers in modern warfare. Long range cruise missiles can be launched from the ground. As shown in Russia Ukraine war, versatility is key. That's why J-36 replace H-20. It's big enough to carry cruise missiles like Kh-69 and it has very good air to air combat capability. The only thing Russian dedicated bombers like Tu-95 and Tu-160 ever do is lob long range cruise missiles. That's very cost ineffective these days with ground launchers for doing just that.

At 24 meters long, Kh-69 size cruise missiles fit into J-36's bays. Kh-69 even fits in Su-57's bays.
