may be with interim engine like WS-10 or WS-15 but not flying for INTENDDED ENGINE (VARIABLE CYCLE ENGINE)so the two jets flying with PPT engines. saxons can rule the sky and fade hapilly into the sunset

It’s just China vs US at this point. Europe is not a competitor in ANY tech except for maybe ASML in lithography, but definitely not in any military tech.It does seem like the Chinese have surprised all of us again, credit where it is due.
If the issue of new generation jet engines is resolved, and the 6th Gne is even half what it is cracked up to be, I think China may now have surpassed the US in fighter development. Again, unsure how their data fusion and avionics compares with the F-35 but as we do not really know the answer and can judge by everything else, I am tilting towards Chinese superiority over Europe and the US now (in this domain at least).
@Deino
Maybe it will be called the JH-XX until It’s official designation is released? Would you say the smaller scale version was the prototype for the past few years, similar to have blue for the F-117?
Btw the Indian vlogs have begun:
Btw, any chance this plane uses more than 2 engines? Perhaps three or even four, considering its size? Or perhaps a larger size engine, perhaps derived from the WS-20 being developed for the Y-20? Hence the more conventional intakes?

Don't lives in fairy tales, and where you get this information?This Chinese 6TH Generation flies at 8000km at Mach 7 and can manoeuvre up to 6G. She has 3 engines on her two for lower altitude and one for the high altitudes( it is said space). But not like that! This is all open source information. Looks like check mate for her enemies
you must be familiar with this guy, they are in deep pain, help them out, pingle.
Reading their comments are just sad more than anything. It’s like watching a slightly pudgy high school track athlete being devastated because Usain Bolt took the Gold.Not sure why they are so devastated.
Its not like it was a competition to begin with. The competition was always between China and USA, India never in the game to begin with.

Like dude, who are you again? You weren’t even in the race.
People in India were licking western butt ignoring China and believing Western propaganda about China. They need to stop being import coolies and do things for themselvesChina will have 6th generation fighter in service before India has the 5th generation AMCA flying with even a US/western engine.
