That is not new technology but adaptation of current technology. The XB-70 have six engines all in the fuselage. Granted, it was designed as a bomber, but multiple engines in that configuration is nothing new.

What am asking is that in these Chinese new fighters, what technologies are new, not just adapted.

It doesn't have that elaborate mechanism. F-22 has to launch at an angle. J-20 can launch straight forward.

It's not major innovation but a minor one, tell major structural innovation in the J20 like F16 (cropped dellta wings) to F-16XL (with a crank-arrow wings) or variant of F-16 which tested DSI and applied in F35
