Mao Ning: On September 12, Director Wang Yi met with India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval in St. Petersburg. The two sides discussed progress made in recent consultation on border issues and agreed to deliver on the common understandings reached by leaders of the two countries, enhance mutual understanding and trust, create conditions for improving bilateral ties, and maintain communication to this end.

In recent years, front-line armies of the two countries have realized disengagement in four areas in the Western sector of the China-India border, including the Galwan Valley. The China-India border situation is generally stable and under control.

Indians are heavily brainwashed people to believe it was China who made provacative moves first at China-India border in 2020.

Why would China do that when USA launched all kinds of attacks except war to China and the whole country was under covid lockdown? Was Xi Jinping mad?

On the other hand, India had all motives to start a border conflict with China. 1, China was in big troubles at that time. 2, Provoking China is the best way to show India's important role in containing China game. US would be impressed. 3, Harvest China's investments in India. In turn US would deliver more interests(investments, purchase orders, technology transfer etc) to India as a reward.

China was being condemned throughout the world for spread Covid ..and that is precisely the reason China decided to lash out on Indian and Taiwanese borders almost simultaneously in summer 2020.

It is part of your "wolf warrior" diplomacy.

Even though China must have hatched these plans after article 370 was removed and Ladakh was made into union territory in 2019.

They brought them into action in summer 2020 as a diversion because of all the criticism, CPI was facing both inside and outside China.

BJP government throughout its tenure up till 2020 was solely and singularly concentrating on India - Pakistan borders. The wanted to settle the Kashmir problem once and for all.

Europe also had covid long before Wuhan got it

Sure..whatever makes you happy.
Do you have any evidence that it spreaded from China? China just first identified it due to China's better and advanced nationwide disease monitoring system.

Funny. How would a border clash with India help to mend reputation damage caused by the covid? This is the weirdest excuse I ever heard. Who would draw their attention from covid to border clash? Do you really think western people care about it? Or you are referring to Chinese people? There is no general president election in China. Xi Jinping doesn't have to play election trick.

August 2019, before the border clash, BJP government passed a law that cancelled Kashmir's autonomous right. Indian central government decided to enforce management and control in Kashmir. Ladakh, the clash region between China and India, is regarded as part of Kashmir by India. This is another reason Indian army entered Ladakh and built infrastrurer there. Which obivously broke the status quo there.

By the way, what China did to Taiwan in 2020?

Don't blame China. Blame your importers. Who have only 3 requests to Chinese suppliers: cheap, cheap and cheap.

By the way the first HIV case was found in USA. But Africa is where the virus from

And why would India do that when India is in already big trouble economically bcz of Covid lock down?
Why would India do when it knows it lacks tech advantage over China?
Why would India do when it has already active enemy on its western border?

China has enough reasons to do that and provoke india.

First, China thought it was the best time to take over Taiwan when the world is suffering from covid. So first step was to control its western border where India could make a move to take occupied Akshay Hind. So china did it and failed when India reacted with full deployment of forces. So China dropped the idea to take over Taiwan.

Second, China thought it can divert the attention of the world from the sourse of covid.

Third, Apple had started manufacturing of Iphone in India. China got scared of losing business. So it attacked India to show that India is not safe for business. So Apple can turn its decision.

Mate, I have so many conspiracy theories better than you. You want more.. ? 😄😄😄

All the reasons you listed here are jokes.

1, The standoff started from early of 2020. Back then there was only one country that was in lockdown. Which was China. So only China was in trouble when India decided to move forward.

2, Launching a war on west border before launching Taiwan war on east. What kind of genius could make that strategy?

3, China would scare Apple away from India by stick and stone war in disputed mountain region? Again, What kind of genius could make that strategy?

I have explained why "diverting attention from covid" excuse is ridiculous at #11

Edit: All India's motives/purposes of starting a conflict with China, except grabbing land from China, have turned into realities. India did receive investments, businesses, technology transfers from US. India did rob Chinese investments under the excuse of national security. Tiktok had to sell its investments to Indian companies. Chinese phone makers had to sell shares to Indian companies.

On the other hand, all excuses Indians listed here, invading Taiwan, diverting attention from covid, are nothing but hollow talks
