Shooting down drones and cheaper loitering stuff with AMRAAMs is just absurd.
US realized this in the recent Iran war.
No country has infinite money to waste.
AMRAAMs, THAAD, Patriots existed for a different thread.
They are just not an efficient method for drones.
Drone warfare requires a new solution. Miniature, cheap, mass produced guided and gattling canons.
