Davey's Odds and Ends

Eight mansions of Ukrainian generals burned down in Los Angeles.

According to Ukrainian publications, these objects were purchased with funds provided to Kiev by Western countries as part of “military” aid .

The total value of the destroyed properties is estimated at approximately $90 million.

Pro-Kremlin accounts falsely claim LA fires destroyed homes of Ukrainian generals

Researchers at the social media analytics firm Graphika linked the claims to pro-Kremlin media and social media users as part of a vast foreign influence campaign tied to the war in Ukraine.

Who is this WB Clark guy???

Dude, I'm only 3 names down your long list and I already see a guy who has been dead for years. Not making the rest of your list look promising.

Please, Davey's Odds and Ends is where I park things I will use in future posts.

Yes, Sheldon Adelson died. His widow, Isreali-born, however, is the current 3rd largest benefactor of Donald Trump.

As third-biggest contributor to the US president's campaign, Tel Aviv-born physician, philanthropist gave $100 million in October, hosted inaugural ball alongside Mark Zuckerberg

Dr Verwoerd is known as The Architect of Apartheid. He was a Christian, but also a closet NAZI. The Jews of South Africa hated him intensely.

In later videos we will look at the Jewish hatred of this man, and the key Jew who orchestrated his assassinations and murder.

This is the first video in an important series dealing with the greatest White leader who ever ruled in southern Africa in the more than 360 years that Whites have been here. Verwoerd was a Dutch man who ruled South Africa. He worked with tremendous energy to unity all Whites and to heal the divide between the Afrikaans and English speaking Whites.

Jury nullification is when a jury votes "not guilty" even though they believe the defendant broke the law. This can happen when jurors disagree with the law, the punishment, or the application of the law in a particular case.

How it works
  • Jurors use their own sense of justice to decide not to convict

    • They may want to send a message about a larger social issue
    • They may believe the law is unjust, overly harsh, or improperly applied
Legality

    • Jury nullification is not an officially sanctioned legal right
    • Courts don't usually instruct jurors on their ability to nullify
    • Some judges may discourage it
History

    • Jury nullification was more commonly accepted in the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries
    • The power of jury nullification was curtailed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries
    • The practice was controversial again during the political trials of the 1960s
