If John McCain was still alive, you could bet on it he would call for it. John Bolton and Hillary Clinton among others were for it.

The same for Pakistan. Pakistan-US friendship goes back many years. Sure, it comes with terms that may not be ideal from the Pak perspective yet the relationship continues.

As a Pakistani, I always seen Iran as a troubling neighbor. Always fighting somehow always in bad mode.
But in recent times, as Muslims countries are attacked and taken down one after the other, Iran showed us the way forward, that is bravery and will to stand for our existence. I love you guys for that.
Now having said that, I always believed that Iran will never be attacked. But my belief is changing now. What I see around you, Iran is about to get attacked. I don't know how many of you will survive, but it is a sure thing that Pakistan will be the next. And who will attack us is not a secret. Specially Punjabis of Pakistan will be the main target. We as a nation might also not survive the attack from East. But we Pakistanis choose the wrong guardians, you choose the right enemy. Europe and USA will do anything to save Israel.

well i am proud of Iran! why with all the thing bad - at least they have spine of steel they are the only nation in modern times to Attack Entity - destroyed their deterrence!

why i say 3-4 million because as history tells us from world war II till now you need 3:1 ratio to capture and confirm defeat of enemy but that is to capture but then you require more to hold on the territory!

Technology, America was 50-60 ahead of Iraqi Army in both Desert Storm and 2003, Iraq has little to no modern SAM, so once the Air bases were gone it was easy for Americans to bomb Iraqi positions, even their elite revolutionary guards tanks were old era tanks and has no modern systems, Similar with Iran as America is almost 3-4 decades ahead of Iran when it comes to Air force, Air defense, Navy and Missiles, Iran can/will resist for few weeks but once air superiority is reached over Iran's skies than USAF will bomb Iranian positions/cities without any issue.

I don't think America would want to hold Iranian cities like they did with Iraq, Iran and America has no conflict, the only reason Iran/USA is enemy is because of Israel, and Israel wants to bomb Iran and reset their Military/missile buildup few decades back. There is no need to hold Iranian cities which will be counter productive, plus why hold a city when you can bomb it ? America/Israel use this logic with no regard for civilian life or abide by any Geneva Convention.
