Assad needed to go. He is a tyrant and war criminal. Who knows maybe the Golani at the end will be good. Who knows? The problem is that Syria is multi-ethnic and religious society so it isn't united.

I’m not celebrating assads departure because of what’s coming next. Manner of fact, it’s already started…IDF moved into southern Syria taking towns. Now there’s word that golani, or gugu as I like to call him, is said to cooperate with traitors from Egypt to try and bring egypts government down. Next up the fight takes place in Libya. If there’s anywhere Egypt needs to invest in its eastern Libya. Russia left Syria to focus on their war against Ukraine. Russia is said to have salvaged whatever weaponry the Syrian army once held and is giving them to Egypt to help strengthen them against potential Turkish intervention in Libya via “diverse Muslim freedom fighters”.

Tactical Leadership Project 2024: Egyptian , Indian and Greek Air Forces complete month-long exercise​

Tactical Leadership Project was held in Egypt from Wednesday, November 27 to Tuesday, December 24, with the 330th "Thunderbolt" Squadron of the 111th Fighter Wing (111FW) from Anchialos Air Base participating.

The Hellenic Air Force participated with 3 F-16 Block-30 aircraft and corresponding Flight and Technical personnel were stationed at Cairo West Air Base. The Egyptian Air Force also participated in Egypt's TLP-8 with all its aircraft, India with Su-30MKI.

Saudi Arabia had observers.

As announced by the Air Force General Staff, combat training was carried out with different types of aircraft participating in complex operational scenarios of increasing difficulty and complexity.

The aim was to develop a unified operational doctrine and tactics, harmonised with modern developments, that makes them capable of cooperating under different conditions. Greece maintains strategic relations with Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia.

Guys we use to talk about how Egypt planned operation shamel in 1973 when they planned on tactically beating the IDF despite being in Africa. My question is whether they planned on using already active Sam batteries that were already defending the 1st and 2nd armies. Or simply pulling out Sam batteries from reserve units. What I do know is that 800- 900 tanks were to take place in operation shamel with 2 armored divisions and 3 mechanized divisions. Yes I know it’s not related to Egypts equipment procurement but I can’t find a thread relating to the subject.
