Well let me ask you this. Do you believe without US diplomatic, financial, and military support including use of usaf tankers, air defence, satellites etc that Israel can gain superiority and defeat Iran? I say no. Israel got pummeled even after overwhelming advantage by Iranian missiles and if no other other third party was involved they got mauled by Iran.
Someone has to confront and defeat the Israelis. Otherwise you will continue receiving subjugation, expulsion and death from them as has been case for last 100 years. Even appeasement or surrender doesnt work with Israelis and since we are discussing Egypt, there is going to a future struggle over the Sinai, not just from Palestinian angle, but because Israelis claim ownership of that land as well.
Israel doesn't claim any part of the Egyptian Sinai.... Egypt is not going to war with Israel....Sisi is not stupid , he can see what happened to Iran .
