Not Opinion but Historical Fact which are not discussed main stream and restricted to , Universities and books in Libraries
Past History: (Year 1600-WW2, 300 Year cycle)
When Settlers moved in to Americas , the Settlers befriended , Indian Native Tribes To fight against , other Native Tribes.
Colonial "British Empire" was fighting "Colonial French Empire" , so they all Divided tribes with each other to fight against each other. It was mostly Native tribes dying in that war fighting against other tribes. The colonial Empires gave just enough bullets and guns for tribes to fight each other.
The Native Indians Leaders were given treaties and Promises for equal rights by Settlers. However once one group of Native Tribes died or faced genocide, then settlers turned against the friendly tribes and cancelled all treaties. Native tribe went from 100% population to now may be 0.01% or 0.5%. Their decedents still get killed by Police , White men (according to native sources), women disappear and get killed. No real criminal proceedings take place. High Rate of Suicide in Youth due to constant pressure against their culture identity
If you follow even small bit of Native Indian culture in America you will hear that their suffering still goes on, and culturally they are controlled and not allowed to fully experience life to fullest due to artificial barriers which hinder their growth

Countries like Jordan /Egypt/Saudis/UAE/Qatar are now playing the role of "friendly tribes". They all due to tunnel vision only want to secure their 10-15 year of Monarchy. All Dynastic Kingdoms see only as far as 10-13 years

as for Egypt, maybe I miss something, Egypt receives lots of US money, US weapons every year thanks to peace treaty with Israel. most of Egypt weapons imports come from the US, Germany, France, etc.
If the flows of money and weapons stop, Egypt is finished.
Egypt weak economy can never sustain an arms race with Israel.
