It's UKs fault. UK wants taxi drivers so prefers people whose education levels are lower. Majority of that group finds it difficult to integrate because their inherent exposure is less.

Im certainly not defending the behaviour of some of our youth at the time. These Pakistani gangs that were involved in such grotesque heinous crimes of the 90s and early 00s were criminals, drug dealers, alcoholics, pimps, complete degenerate rejects from society most likely many of whom were high school drop outs.
