Probably daft question to ask. US don’t need a huge fleet of expensive stealth Jets if you have air superiority around the globe, so just makes a lot sense to have a big fleet of non-stealth jets like build a new F16 viper that have the latest tech to participate in the modern battle-space. Case in point: B-52.

And to add, if the F-47 has Canards, it cannot be a 5th Gen or 6th Gen platform as per what many said about J-20 not being a "true" 5th gen platform because it had canards.

A good example is Russian doctrine

Quantity is a quality in itself. To be able to quickly ramp up production and logistics is at least valuable as having the latest equipment that is less easily replaceable during war.

Both US and China should be building more of their 4.5 Generation jets f16 vipers. And JC10CEs.

The US established total air superiority over Iran within days and can strike any target in Iran it wants with near impunity. To the point where B-52s were being loaded out with JDAMs.

The US has lost less aircraft to Iran than it did to Iraq in Desert Storm.

Half of US taxbudget goes to the jews, thats why they cant keep up with the Chinese.

Because in the end, money talks. Brains alone arent enough. China has plenty of both.
