A genuine local freedom movement in Indian occupied Kashmir will carry on. Kashmir's future must be decided by Kashmiris as per UN resolutions. Kashmiris must have right to plebiscite. That's all what Pakistan wants. The plebiscite should be held on both sides. India has not let it happen. Whenever local kashmiris react and attacks occupying forces then india allege as Pak sponsoring "terrorists". No, according to actual definition they are freedom fighters.
