For example, if Pakistan is threanted with FATF, Pakistan should announce a NOTAM and start testing anti ship missiles by firing them towards the exit of the Hormuz Straight. Especially if an India bound ship gets hit it would be their own liability for ignoring the NOTAM.

Not that Pakistan needs to do this, but if push comes to shove, the Indians would have bigger problems to worry about.

Suppose if even Indian becomes fatf president he require documentary evidence i mean major to convince all members to put Pakistan on grey list. It is all member decision as in 2018 Pakistan was put on gray list due to benami property, accounts and failed to decision regarding banned un outfits and there account was operational based on US report. Pakistan was gray list in 2018 due to US report and France, UK and US aggressively pursued for gray list and China, Turkey and Malaysia did delay but Asif tweet at time made and revealed who is going to back Pakistan during voting so US convinced all those country to not vote in favor of Pakistan.

Now there is no us report and Indian reporting already know what they are going to report.

Fatf process

1) Matual evaluation
2) if Mataul evaluation report which done technical experts find issues country is given 2 year to make a serious progress and it' is on enhanced monitoring list.
3) If no progress than Pakistan would be in gray list if vast majority agrees to.
4) For ICRG it would require documentary evidence like bank statement, official funding, links etc which India will never has because Pakistan never did those think and world knows it.
