Firstly, I often give 'Likes' to topic openers in this forum because new topics bring some fresh insights, whether I agree with them or not. Secondly, @flyingorca comparing the east Pakistan and its geography / proximity to India was a valid argument. You bringing Hawai--an island state of a Superpower with absolutely no land neighbors, let alone a hostile large neighbor-- is another deflection which you Imran fanbois bring in all the time.
A request: Neither Iran nor India is the main topic here but I will draw a comparison between Imran and Mujib ur Rehman as both are deeply interlinked with a good bit of Indian involvement in propping up another Mujib in Pakistan. We will NOT tolerate another Mujib in Pakistan!

Nobody is going to be perfect. The worst politicians will still be better than the best dictator because as soon as they get stale, you can vote them out in the next election cycle.

For that you need to have fair and transparent elections. Current Pakistan is not the place for that.

Sheikh Rashid is more of a product of GHQ no? They all are currently. That is exactly the type of bottom-feeder mentality that will go away if you make grabbing the popular vote the only real way to grab power in Pakistan.

The existing system is for the elite by the elite. Be realistic please, a sharif will be replaced by another sharif, zardari by another zardari. Except for one party Jamat e Islami no other party is democratic. This system will never ever want to loose its grip.

You will have the same crook Pakistanis but now they'll be incentivised to work. That's all you need to do at the start, you don't need them to be honest as a rock. God knows the army officers aren't either, we just pretend not to notice.

You will also continue to have army/deep-state making sure the overarching 10-year policy plans stay rolling.
