Federal cabinet gives nod to imposition of emergency in KP; summary sent to president

That is actually nothing. They distributed her doctored fake nude pictures.

Now you are just spreading PTI propaganda that someone posted on Instagram or X. There is no historical source to back that claim.

Correction: i thought you guys were talking about Ayub Khan targeting Fatimah Jinnah with doctored images.

aren't you the one who advocates Ottoman and Ertugrul type rule and reverting back to a centuries-old system?
If you can deny recent news from the 90s! How can you weigh/judge 1971 or before events?

The murder of a last bit of democracy left in this country. And not surprised by the comments on this thread. This nation has a short term memory.
Right now every institution of this country is being molded to protect the biggest criminal and gangster of this country called Asim Munir.
I bet his ill gotten fortune will be ten times bigger than bajwa when he will retire. And the long term damage to institutions and economy will be irrecoverable.
Only armed civil war now can suppress this monster else no hopes left.

I dont think you understood my argument.
PTI leadership and its followers claim dialogue is the only option so what has been their talking points with TTP? Has PTI able to convince TTP to disarm and accept Pakistan sovereignty?
So far what I have observed that PTI specially its followers is only giving TTP moral support by constantly labeling Pakistan forces as dollar army and that they are fighting for just cause.

Dialogue will remain the only option. You can never kill all of them. You literally cannot. Life is not a videogame and there is no button you can press that will kill an entire tribal area. Baat sheet honi hi honi hay.

Even if you do a massive multi billion dollar operation right now you will have negotiations at the end.

You will also have to spend billions more in rebuilding. If you don't, the area that you flatten simply becomes the recruiting ground.

If Lahore was flattened today and sunk into abject poverty. Many people previously doing everyday jobs would resort to other means of income. Like joining a gang or becoming smugglers etc.

Fighting an insurgency in your own territory is very different from going to a conventional war. This is something that many countries fail to understand repeatedly.

As corny as it sounds, violence begets violence. It's a cycle. You have to break it or it's never ending.

As for criticism of Pakistan Army. When my light would go I would curse LESCO. When my Internet went out in the middle of an online match I'd curse PTCL.

When I'd get rear ended by someone right in front of a traffic warden and watch the warden do nothing as the guy speeds off, believe me, I'd curse him too

Whether it's right or wrong morally to curse is separate issue, so the question is, does that make one anti-Pakistani or just frustrated?

If I curse the army for doing a shit job then am I anti-Pakistani? Kya unho ne nahi ki ghaltia unho ne? Be tahasha ghalti ki hay. Ziadti bhi ki hay. Many times.

The army of Pakistan is not like others. It is both the country's military and a sort of shadow political force in the country. This is called conflict of interest and it's exactly why I'm so hardcore about army staying away from politics.

When people criticize or ridicule the army they're usually talking about that political aspect. I've seen very few people who say he hates jawaans or officers doing their duty.

Only people that said such things were from places like Bannu or Dera Ismail where they had a specific negative experience or witnessed something.

lols
ever heard of reflection, adaptation, learning?
What if we never got feasible conditions?
Or you think we can't, and a messiah is needed, as we can't cope or solve it on our own?
Stop blaming geography, this and that. Accept Army incompetence, selfishness, shortsightedness and stubbornness.

At this point your safest bet is to ignore ground realities and oversimplify things to suit your narrative.
Geography plays a huge role which you can not ignore.
If you build a house, you do not want your bedroom to be on one corner of the block, kitchen on another and living room 15 minutes away.

Happy reading:
The incident occurred during the 1988 general election campaign in Pakistan. [1, 2]
Supporters and media teams associated with Nawaz Sharif—backed by state intelligence agencies—used a Punjab government helicopter to air-drop doctored, defamatory photographs of Benazir Bhutto and her mother, Nusrat Bhutto, across various cities in Punjab.
In the 1988 election, the backers of Nawaz Sharif- the agencies - dropped doctored photos of Benazir Bhutto and Nusrat Bhutto from helicopters across the country. PML suppoters would chant slogans like “Coca Cola Pepsi, Benazir Taxi” (prostitute). Sheikh Rashid would call her “Peeli Taxi” (yellow cab).

So far the military has nothing to show for over decades… pick up any international report on Pakistan .. zero success in any thing..from human development to economy

The recent world bank report puts Pakistan poverty level increasing to 21% .. while all the SAARC countries haves have single digit poverty levels..

You are completely incompetent..so you stop your bakwas and go back where you came for… no body asked for you or wants you

Because we do not have a proper system is place

What we have is a hybrid system where our politics at a national but especially local level is farmed out to the most useless harami idiots like ANP or Sardars or Bhuttos

And if we reverted to democracy our thick as shit people would just vote for a shower of idiots and messiahs giving them false promises

Some of you are real thick fcukers, DEMOCRACY DOES NOT WORK FOR US

our population is too chaotic and people too thick and easily swallow the most insane propaganda and will become violent and support chaos and terrorism if you let them

In the age of social media populations are being utilised against their own countries across the world

It's the BREXIT factor

People are too ill informed to make rational decisions for their country and their emotions and ignorance is played upon by shady algorithms which feed them chaos

Pakistan needs a TECHNOCRAT government
We need comprehensive economic, defence, energy etc plans

And we need to remove the chaotic democratic process

So we can build dams
Develop resources
Kick out millions of Afghans
Start large scale operations to clear out districts of hostiles and enemies

NO NATION
Allows propaganda to be used against the state and state interests

It's time to change Pakistan

And to punish a whole lot of stupid stupid people

The Afghans and their allies, the BLA types are going to find their heads spinning by the time we are finished with them, the same goes for anyone not supporting Pakistan and it's interests
No JAAC, No TTP, no BLA

Bring hammer down on everyone

Bhai, no one is denying of those nasty things in Pakistani politics. However, my point is that after the election campaigns ended, all politicians would again establish working relationship and keep state's business working. Even more than that, they would keep attending special occasions such as weddings in the families of their political opponents and go for condolences on deaths.

They never turned political differences/opposition into permanent personal animosity. No one tried to chase and disgrace political opponents or retired state employees in restaurants and parks. Their children never were subject to discrimination, taunts, intimidation, and humiliation in schools or other public places. All this type of filth was brought in by PTI.

Seriously? The whole 90s and the whole 2010s was working relations. Punjab governor rule by PP, NS going to court in lawyer’s uniform against PP post 2008 election to get yousef raza gilani disqualified, Iftikhar Chaudary and PMLN’s games etc etc. and that’s just ~2010s, 90s were waaaay uglier.

It was only PTI that became a common threat they joined together.
