Yes, PTI-supporter judges have been replaced by new judges through a constitutional amendment. That amendment ensured that the selection and appointment of judges is institutionalized rather than discretion of a single person based on his personal like/dislike.

You are justified to claim that now youthias don't see any court of law after PTI workers/goons (inducted as judges) have gone or dispersed.
