Federal cabinet gives nod to imposition of emergency in KP; summary sent to president

You were supposed to provide to provide evidence in support of your claim that military is grabbing 'prime locations. Please don't try to cowardly run away (by jumping onto something different) and provide the evidence.

As for the funding, the question is what PTI's KPK government did with the money (claimed to be hundreds of billions of rupees) that was given to it by the federal government, especially the development funds specifically given for ex-FATA. Can you tell us what development work was done in FATA?

Then what was achieved from more or less 5000 mining licenses issued by the PTI government in KPK. Whatever they were mining was reportedly smuggled into Afghanistan and sold to Indians there. That is another shameful black chapter of its own.

I think work is going on to register criminal cases against a majority of PTI ministers. These filthy criminals were looting the provincial treasury as if they will never get another chance in their life.
Culprit is filthy people of kpk voting for them

He cowardly ran away from proving his claim. If you want to come up with that evidence, go ahead. Please tell us that the PTI government was kicked out for grabbing which prime locations in KPK?

I hope you too will not cowardly run away or just resort to posting crap.

Getting votes doesn't put anyone above the law. These greedy goons of PTI provincial government must face the law for what they have done with the province in last 13 years.

You better tell us about how and where the development funds were spent by PTI provincial government rather than talking trash.

Better salary in Afghanistan? Pakistani can earn remittance by sending skill workers to Afghanistan. :P

This is for those who wanted to kick every Afghani out of Pakistan. You never close all the door. God forbid If Arab kicked Pakistani out, where will our 60% to 70% low-skilled/unskilled workers will go?

People's mandate never counted ever in Islamic history. Its always been small group of influential figures such as tribal leaders and companions who participated in electing or decision making.
And FYI tribal leaders were never elected by the people.
How do you know? there could be some who were selected by a majority consensus! Like after a war, or a tribe merger?
Anyway, do you know what ijtihad is? It is to find a similar example and extend it.

When did you suppose that? btw, the military has just taken over Monal restaurant and the surrounding area. They even grabbed Quaid's house in Lahore.

So, if there is a precedence then there is a probability.

Both Ali Amin and Afridi categorically said they were not given funds.

Who allowed smuggling? Did India buy from Afghanistan via air?
Lastly, there is only one major license and that is owned by military.

If you are you should request info from said department, if you arent a voter then shut the fcuk up 🤷

Just like it was a "right" decision for the former DG ISI (Faiz Hameed) to visit Taliban regime in Kabul for a cup of tea following American exit — but suddenly became "wrong" when the fallout of that historic visit hit Pakistan in the shape of renewed cross-border insurgency?

The idea was good, to not have hostile kabuli regime. If talibunds and their supporters in KPK/PTI think they can threaten Pakistan integrity with terrorism then they will be punished just like their predecessors. In fact Pakistan have never bomb Afghandus like in last few years. This humiliation of afghandus have permanently changed equation between both countries.

Peshawar to clear bazaars

Authorities have decided to launch a large-scale operation against encroachments across Peshawar.

PESHAWAR:
Authorities have decided to launch a large-scale operation against encroachments across Peshawar. Police and other law-enforcement agencies have been brought on board for the drive. Illegal constructions in the city have already been identified.

Special focus will be placed on making Qissa Khwani Bazaar and other historic markets of the inner city more organised, clean, spacious and people-friendly.

Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Afaq Wazir, accompanied by officers from law-enforcement agencies, visited Qissa Khwani Bazaar and other key markets of the walled city. During the visit, the team assessed the extent of encroachments, public movement, traffic flow, sanitation and the overall condition of the bazaars. Officials also discussed plans for modernisation, beautification and renovation of the markets.

The purpose of the visit was to make the historic bazaars more orderly, hygienic, open and citizen-friendly, improve facilities for the public and create a more conducive environment for business activity.

The Deputy Commissioner directed relevant officials to take effective measures for the removal of encroachments and to keep pedestrian pathways free of all obstacles. He stressed the need for a coordinated strategy to improve traffic flow, cleanliness and overall discipline in the markets.

SWABI:
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi on Sunday said harmony with the federal government was a welcome development and a stroke of good fortune for the province, stressing that K-P could not function without the federation's cooperation.

Speaking to the media after attending a gathering in Swabi, the governor said the province's problems could only be resolved through joint efforts with the centre. Promoting cordial and brotherly relations with the federation and other provinces was among his top priorities, he added.

Kundi noted that six months was a long period and that everyone must fight terrorism together through coordinated action to meet the challenge. He also called for action against encroachments without discrimination and strictly in accordance with the law, pledging that he would apply the law to himself first.

The governor affirmed that the media had every right to offer constructive criticism, saying positive critique helped improve institutional performance. He underlined the need for a revolution in education and health, as well as revolutionary steps to bring real improvement in institutions and deliver better facilities to the public.
