I have noticed a lot more "colour" / changes on the colour scheme on this site. It seems that Idle hands are tinkering at the moment, it seems ;) ..

I am not sure this site needs more colour :) It has perfectly tuned for some time from my perspective(others may differ : ). Lets debate - lol !

i can remove it with a single click as it's just css... i found the dark version to be too dull and i haven't used it for almost a year... hence the colours... yes it doesn't look that nice in light mode but still bearable.

Yeah if community doesn't want it - can remove it as its just couple of lines of css

Forum feels more lively, navigates more smoothly and looks much sleeker. Thanks brother

My humble suggestions:

Please can the order of the sub forums be changed in the Country Watch section.

1. First 4 countries should be our immediate neighbours. Need to place India at bottom of the list.

Chinese Defence Forum
Afghan Defence Forum
  • Change from Afghanistan to Afghan
Iranian Defence Forum
Indian Defence Forum

2. New sub forums. Very important for every single Pakistani individual to highlight Palestine and Kashmir everywhere internationally.

Saudi Defence Forum
  • (due to special relationship)
Kashmir Defence Forum
  • (this must not overshadowed by India)
Palestine Defence Forum
  • (it's every Muslim's duty to raise voice for Palestine)

3. The following forum should be moved to the World Affairs Forum or merged with the existing forums in that section.

Arab Defence Forum
Turkish Defence Forum

Indonesian Defence Forum
Bangladeshi Defence Forum
  • Change from Bangladesh to Bangladeshi
Russian Defence Forum
American Defence Forum
  • Change from US to American

Is this a new section?

If so, it's too large and occupies a large part of the screen, as I mainly use the forum on mobile.

Can it made collapsible or replaced with a magnifying glass 🔎 instead.

The Sticky and Normal Thread background color should be same dark green as in the banner.

We will probably remove both colours... for less attention

Yes, less colours is sometimes better. :)

I like the idea of stickys in the Latest posts, but the shade of green for some reason looks wrong to me.

Maybe something lighter like "#e9f7e9" would work better? More of a pastel type hue would fit in better with the overall theme of the site.

ie nice colour picker tool :

Actually I intend to keep them off when there is no hot news… only when we have breaking news, I will enable it to prevent multiple threads on the same topic.

But let’s see how it pans out

which section?
Sorry brother, forgot ATTACH the screenshot.

It's the Thread Search feature on top of each page.

Not sure if this was already there before and I just realised it now.

In my humble opinion, it's not needed as a magnifying 🔎 symbol is already available on top right of the page.

Could you please also make the following sections on the main page and within threads collapsible.

I never use them. On mobile, it's a lot of scrolling and you can often shoot over the section you're trying to get to.

Interesting. I like the concept.

It reminds me of a feature from one of the much earlier Pakistan defence sites, where the latest post window showed all the posts being made for a topic, so you could see straight away which was the current "hot" topic that everyone was engaged in and it 'implicitly' made that thread sticky based on the sheer volume of posts/replies on the thread. I don't of course have a screen shot of that, but this concept gets very close to it.

( the "Trending Content" section gets very close to it i guess ).
