I don't know what it is, I doubt we would face the US anyway, but the last VAR decision was one of the weirdest things I have seen in football since they introduced VAR.
Kind of like last night's match between Germany and Ecuador where they allowed Germany's first goal which had to obviously be disallowed.
weird rule, and even then the offside was so so close, only Shoja's hand was offsidethe Egyptian defender is considered a goalkeeper not a regular player when the goalkeeper is ahead of him
I doubt Iran would qualify though.guys calm down lol it was clearly offside .. we were playing with 10 players and many got injured : D
plus u gonna qualify anyway and we have the best match which is vs australia , all are winners.
no, don't worry.I doubt Iran would qualify though.
And his toes, I guess lolweird rule, and even then the offside was so so close, only Shoja's hand was offside
very unlucky for Iran especially after we hit the bar twice as well and missed a penalty
Goal difference is the issueI doubt Iran would qualify though.
lol . .And the Islamic Republic calls those assh*les "brothers".
Let's be fair, we don't deserve to advance. Our coach sucks, he's only there because he kisses the right behinds.Hope Iran will go in next round with this 3 points, they well deserved it as they showed great character and played their matches under non fair play conditions for them.
you are right. although even if Algeria beat Austria, we go through as well.We don't know that yet. Three 3rd teams have been eliminated so far (South Korea, Scotland and Uruguay). We need one more 3rd team to be eliminated for us to advance to the next round.
1. If Austria defeats Algeria, then we'll go to the next round with a draw. (likely)
2. If Uzbekistan stops DR Congo, we'll go to the next round with a draw. (likely)
3. If Ghana defeats Croatia, we'll go to the next round with a draw. (not likely)
The results of Cabo Verde vs. Saudi Arabia & Spain vs. Uruguay have kept our hopes alive so far.
I would say we still have 60%-80% chance to advance with just a draw.
