Nope, all jokes aside, I am ashamed of our national team. They're an embarrassment, except for a few players like Ramin who played with all their heart. They cannot play football when they absolutely need to. Defending against every team for 90 minutes is not football.

Iran is world's 20th in FIFA rankings for a reason. We have defeated South Korea and Japan tens of times for a reason. Iran is not Cape Verde or Curacao. We should've topped this group with 7 points with a decent coach and better FIFA friendlies.

that match was the most politicised I have ever seen in my life, the players didn't even sing the anthem due to the immense pressure on them, and were totally in the wrong mindset. not to mention England is in another league of football compared to Iran even on our best day.
