If you consider both India and Pakistan are buying off the shelf, and China and USA have the best weapons, not just now but for the rest of the century... then Pakistan is in no bad position if China is willing to give preferential access to Pakistan for their best technologies.

Turkey is in the mix as well.

And IAF will never point this out, instead will go all over Indian media and cry hoarse how India is 'naked and exposed' and how China is arming you to the teeth and miraculously when the final budget will be approved it will be 8 times PAF budget. Meanwhile PAF will make you happy saying you are number 1 as if it means anything.

Didn’t Supa Powa IAF with its Supa Powa budget not outnumber PAF 2 to 1 in May? And what was the outcome prey tell? Turkey shoot no? Guess u guys are slow learners.
