France offers full support in nuclear submarines, jet engines and underwater drones to India

Have you seen India's votes in UN?
No.
How many are against Russia?
Don't care.
India is perhaps the only big country that can buy Russian oil and weapons and western weapons at the same time.
Russian oil? Ok. But Russian weapons? Does so called Russian weapon exist anymore? India has only one option for weapons purchase, the west... 😁

Anyways, enjoy while it lasts. 🙂
Know your place.
India stronk...

Can Pakistan do it? Nope!
Can Bangladesh even think about doing it? Hell No.

Know your place.

Well, not everyone is Pakistan.

1st a record correction, Pakistan did get a shipment but found Russian oil is not suitable for Pak oil refinery as they are specifically made for ME Oil. Anyway that's not important in this debate.

2nd You are not the only one who is keeping this balance. We are also doing it since ages with respect to China and US. But we pay the cost too.

3rd Yes India till now able to maintain a balance because India keep a distance with US too, If India want to be in US camp than it will be at the cost of this independent policy. You won't feel it now till you are completely in US claws and that's a reality we know better than you.

Here’s a list of the indigenisation achievements related to BrahMos:

  1. Indigenisation Rate: Achieved 83% indigenisation.
  2. Indigenous Seeker Development: Successful flight trials of an indigenous seeker.
  3. Booster Production: Industry partners have been producing the booster subsystem for the past year.
  4. Seeker Production Order: Production order placed for the indigenous seeker following successful trials.
  5. Component and Subsystem Development: Numerous smaller components and subsystems have been developed alongside production orders to support local industries.

When your own armed forces is evicting the sitting prime minister on the directions of the US, I guess entire point of balancing is lost.

India has been playing this game since its inception. It is playing it right now. And it will play it in future as well.

India balanced between Russia, Europe, Israel and USA. US denied ABM radar, India developed it with Israel's tech. US planes come with kill switches and strings, India bought them from France. Russia got better SAM, India bought it.

India never been in US camp and yes India can play this game as far as it is not in US camp. Purchasing some goodies won't make you in US camp unless you start acquiring strategics goodies like you mentioned India didn't opt for US Jets. (Personally I believe that's better for India too for not being US puppet.).

I can tell you something, when you start romancing with US, you felt like a king than one day you realise that king is actually a puppet of queen(US).

Some members here need to stop thinking that being an ally of the West is some kind of a curse. Look around, most of the countries that are considered allies of the west are better off then the ones who aren't. Just because the west left you with a sore bum, doesn't mean everyone else will experience the same. For most countries the relationship has been mutually benefiting.

Dear west never left, the issue is they don't own at the time of need. Happened with lots of countries but yes not all.

Lol BDs and PKs are bent on begging Indians to concede that we are beholden to the West. While Indians have seen over the years that India is in it for itself and align to whichever country that suits our needs at that time. INDIA is not a slave country like others in the region.

Good luck to you dear. 😇

I believe, any developing nation should be allied to itself only. Look for your own benefits. And nothing else.
