Bro , in coming decades china and America will completely dominate the aircraft industry, be it military or civilian ...few lucky countries in rest of the world will be thrown the bones to manufacture few parts or licence to assemble under strict conditions.

You are unwise to discount Europe in that space. We are seeing the GCAP progressing well. Germany will reboot her own 6th Gen platform(with maybe Sweden) and France will carry on with the FCAS itself. Airbus is no small fish either ...

UAE has always tried to punch above its weight, but when push comes to shove, Saudis will always be more important, from a perspective of energy, economy, military and strategic location as well as position in the muslim world.
