I agree with the above sentiments whole heartedly, but the problem is that none of the stakeholders see it that way as being beneficial for everyone in the long run. Nothing is likely to progress this vision as long as they all remain so myopic.

A very valid criticism by PTI camp about the two main stream political parties was that they are run by self-serving and selfish family dynasties and their entire energy is spent on how to stay in power or when in opposition, how to get into power and for that reason, while visiting West, seek approval and support of the Americans. both Noon League and PPP were correctly called out for that.

surprise (NOT) PTI is doing the same thing, through bribing , pleading the American politicians for Imran Khan and requesting sanctions on Pakistani establishment.

PTI has dialed this to a level that Indian think tanks and policy makers are openly declaring PTI as their asset and putting them together with TTP, Afghan and BLA.

Pakistanis have enough heroes to admire and emulate. Founders of Bangladesh, Mujib and Bhutto are not considered as such.

No one credits Manekshaw for Bangladesh in India. They all firmly believe that it was an ambition of 2 Pakistanis that created Bangladesh.
