I agree that UKSK (one of the biggest if not the biggest VLS available) together with Zircon, Ónix (Russian Brahmos version) and the Kalibr family with the impressive Redut Systems makes them well ahead of any European navy inventory. But yes, their naval constructions problems are their real bottleneck.
Also propulsion systems are somewhat behind western standards.
Russian navy still have struggles for assembling a very common and relatively easy CODAG propulsion (it is just conventional diesel engine paired with turbine gas for peak speed and energy) while western countries like UK, EU countries are starting to add slow speed electric propulsion (electric) which is very good for ASW missions and low speed maneuverings.
For that reason I think Russia should drop from that list that it is really odd (OMG to put Indonesia well ahead from Italy or France).

I don´t agree.

India produces their own carriers (INS Vikrant). Their fleet of Mig29K even being assembled in Russia is more than double. They have just purchased Rafale-M going in naval aviation well beyond Russian Navy.

Yes, I know Brahmos it is russian technology origin, but they produce their own version.

And finally their surface fleet is nearly double than Russian one, with bigger ships (oceanic fleet) well beyond Gèpard class, Stereguyschiv, Karakurt or Grisha classes.

In the field of amphibious ships Indian navy has more than double Russian tonnage and building more ships (Russia is building just two small LHD while India is building double and with full Integrated electric propulsion).

The only field where Russia is well ahead it is in conventional and nuclear capable submarines.

But for surface fleet India Navy is much more powerful.

I don´t like at all indians. They´re treacherous and hyper nationalistics, but I must recognize their Navy have been carefully build and designed, with many problems, but much less than russians.

Royal Navy isn't what it used to be. Just look at the availability of its SSNs and the peacetime deployment of the fleet. The Type 45 destroyers have also spent years dealing with propulsion and power-generation issues, with several ships tied up in long refits and upgrade programmes instead of being operational.

Royal Navy is kaput, they have scrapped their new destroyer program and the two Air Craft carriers they are are always in port for repairs.

I don't agree with the list. USA is still far ahead of CHinese navy not close like list suggested. I also don't think indonesia is world 4th best navy.
