Basically the study shows that most of the Islamophobic misinformation and hate posts in the internet originate in India. Now take a guess which kind of 'Americans' and 'British' contribute to this online Islamophobia..

There's tons of Islamophobic and racist content on Facebook which originates from the UK. Usually videos of a group of White guys stalking, provoking and beating up minorities. Is that legally permissible there? Truth be told though, when I was last in the UK some years ago the folks I met seem to assimilate and get along well. The minorities in most cases seemed more Brit than the indigenous Brits themselves.

The 6 long centuries of Muslim rule have left an indelible mark on India. However, the hindu fundamentalist extremists have used it to fuel anti-Muslim hate and bigotry. It is not even surprising to see the vast majority of anti-Muslim disinformation coming from India because of the massive inferiority complex vis-a-vis Muslims. No surprise to see the most extreme vitriol against Islam and Muslims coming from there.

As a member highlighted above, the Gulf nations better understand this very clearly. Palestinians have become very clear-eyed about the hate for them and uber-support for the zionist emanating from India. Rest of the Arabs including Egyptians, Emeratis and Saudis need to understand this.

I am sure there is a portion in India that wants religious harmony but it has been muzzled and unless they have any say in how India is run, Muslims around the world better get clarity about India's anti-Muslim world view.

Hindu temple in US vandalised for the fourth time in less than a year, India demands strict action

The BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Greenwood, Indiana, was vandalized with anti-India graffiti, marking the fourth such attack on Hindu temples in the US in recent months. The Consulate General of India in Chicago condemned the act and is working with local authorities and community leaders. The incident has raised concerns among the Indian diaspora regarding the safety of religious sites. :coffee:

The Consulate General of India in Chicago has strongly condemned the vandalism of the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Greenwood, Indiana, where anti-India graffiti was found on the temple walls. The incident, reported on the night of August 10, marks the fourth attack on a Hindu temple in the United States in less than a year, allegedly by pro-Khalistan separatists.

The Hindu American Foundation shared images of the defaced walls on social media, showing slogans against India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The graffiti also called on elected officials to “move beyond empty condemnations.” The group described the act as a hate crime and urged authorities to hold the perpetrators accountable.

The Consulate General of India in Chicago said it was in contact with the local community and law enforcement agencies. “Desecration of main signboard of the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Greenwood, Indiana is reprehensible,” the consulate said in a statement, adding that Consul General met devotees, local leaders, and the Mayor of Greenwood to call for unity, solidarity, and vigilance.

The previous similar incidents were reported in California and other US states, raising concerns among the Indian diaspora about the safety of religious places. ☕

A 17-year-old boy, identified by police as Dimitrios Pagourtzis, has been taken into custody following the attack, the 22nd school shooting in the US this year.
Sheikh, 17, hailed from the southern Pakistani city of Karachi, a sprawling metropolis of more than 18 million people that is the largest city in the country.
“She was extraordinary, genius, and talented,” Abdul Aziz, her father, told reporters at their home in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal neighbourhood.
“My daughter never came fourth [in class] – only ever first, second or third.
“At such a young age she would say such huge things, that sometimes I couldn’t believe it. Even now I cannot believe that my daughter is gone,” he said, his voice breaking with emotion.
Abdul Aziz said he attempted to call his daughter immediately after hearing news of the shooting, but she did not pick up her mobile phone.

“I called [the foreign exchange programme’s] coordinator there, I spoke to them, and they told me […] about three hours later, at 11pm [18:00 GMT, about five hours after the shooting], they confirmed that she was dead.”

Bridge between cultures

Sheikh was visiting the US under the Youth Exchange and Study (YES) programme, a State Department-funded programme that provides scholarships to Pakistani students to attend high school in the US for a full academic year.

Since 2003, more than 1,100 Pakistani high school students have studied in the US under the YES programme, according to the organisation’s website.
Megan Lysaght, manager of YES, wrote to students in the programme confirming that Sheikh was killed in the shooting.
“It is with the greatest sadness in my heart that I need to inform you that one of our YES students, Sabika Sheikh from Pakistan, was killed today in the school shooting in Sante Fe, Texas,” she wrote in an email.
“Please know that the YES program is devastated by this loss and we will remember Sabika and her families in our thoughts and prayers.”

David Hale, US ambassador to Pakistan, said embassy staff were “devastated” by the news, and called Sheikh’s family to express condolences.
“As an exchange student, Sabika was a youth ambassador, a bridge between our peoples and cultures. All of us at the US Mission in Pakistan are devastated by and mourn her loss. We will honor her memory,” he said, according to a statement.
Then that womanizer Bill Clinton called Pakistan a dangerous place.

Ummm...No...It is USA which is a very dangerous place.

Even foreign exchange students are murdered in school shootings in USA.

So much for being safe and that bullsh!t

Five people dead, including two suspects

Breaking

There are a total of five people dead, police say.

That includes two suspects and three adult victims at the Islamic Center.

The suspects appear to have died from self-inflicted gunshots wounds, police say.

"There were no officers involved in firing their weapons," Wahl says, adding that it is "still very preliminary at this point".

The suspects are believed to be 17 and 19 years old, he says.

Wahl says that the incident at the Islamic Center is currently being treated as a "hate crime" and that police are working closely with the FBI.

FBI special agent Mark Remily is now speaking, saying that there are three deceased adult males who are victims of the shooting.

He adds that two suspects, both of whom were teenagers, are confirmed deceased.

Remily says the FBI is "meticulously" assessing the situation and deploying every resource to uncover the acts of the incident.

He also calls on the public to supply any information that may be able to assist with the investigation.

Suspects "appear to have died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds," police chief says

Suspects in the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego “appear to have died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds,” said San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl at a news briefing today.

The suspects were two males, he said.

“There were no officers involved in firing their weapons. But that is still very preliminary at this point. But that’s what we believe,” Wahl added.

They were 17 and 19 years old, he had earlier noted.
