I don't want to get into this topic again deeply, when it was raised months ago the debate was that it was a spurious laughable claim from pdf'ers lol lol type response

Events have changed that, so that's all really, it is what it is.

But I suppose the logic is to tip labour supply more favorably to us citizens. Numbers can be rejigged for huge corporates

Valid points. If India can attract the more experienced ones back, in sufficient numbers, I wonder if they will adapt back as if working in India, or bring USA thinking into Indian corporates
