H-1B visas must end’: Wife of US citizen shares plight of landing IT jobs

@HAIDER sb

Indians should focus on India, why so much love for US dollars?

You can show them the correct path by returning to Pakistan and earning in PKRs.

Other countries also have much better skilled workforce.

I am sure white and Jew owned American corporates would be recruiting more from other countries as well.

Regards

Good Haider sb, return to PAK and all Indian HIBs will return motivated by your example.

Not really. Europe has quietly become an outsourcing powerhouse. Less time difference and fewer cultural baggage than India has helped a lot. South America and Africa are also becoming challengers in the IT nearshoring landscape.
Costa Rica, Buenes Aires, and surprisingly Amman have quietly started to attract a lot of attention. But Indian back office casts a long shadow just because of all their brethren now at the helm of a lot of west based companies.

So sorry that your joy at Indian H1Bs being forced to go back to India was so short-lived.

@BrigSmart

Americans have been trying to send the headbobbing Hindu back for the last 20 years. Google search "Kevin Flanagan". But their numbers have only multiplied.

Well, let's see .... to get back, India needs to follow US policy in the region.....otherwise Trump has enough time ...
He may have time, but he has no power to make the changes he wants to. The rollback was not a diplomatic overture to India, but a face-saving move to avoid humiliating defeats in US courts.

Why not Pak?

There is such a thing called "Rule of Law." But this concept can be appreciated only by those who are citizens of or originate from nations where this concept applies.

No, it was not. Even according to the official proclamation that was signed by Trump, the fee would apply to all H1B visa holders if they ever left the US and wanted to re-enter.

Changing history is the latest form of copium.
Completely standard Trumpian protocol. Yet you still don't even see it.

He did the same with tariffs and deportation policy in case you have been snoozing during copenomics class.

He states a wholly ridiculous extreme variant of whatever policy he wishes to deploy, and allows some modifier to redress it slightly to the point where he wanted it to come to rest anyway.

This is straightforward chanakiya and trader/baniya playbook mentality.

Everyone outside of the baniya qom knew exactly where the needle would come to its final equilibrium. Well done for extracting victory from this though. Anil Chauhan pulled off the same trick with his "number downed is irrelevant..." doozy.

The entitlement, the fraud, the scams by Indians in the West is disgusting and it isn’t perpetrated by a small minority but by a system of companies Infosys, TCS and others.

It is why anti-India hate is now mainstream across the West.

H1Bs have been widely abused and defrauded. They were intended for exceptional talent and hard to find skills. Not to bring pajeeta over for a project management or software job.

The writing is on the wall for Indians.
