pakistan has 2 Hangoor operational currently

No, Hangor has not yet been delivered to the Pakistan Navy. It is still in the sea trial phase.

The second submarine is currently in the configuration phase and has not yet begun sea trials.

Ok I don't quite understand something here did the PN specifically state or hint at SWATS being the replacement for the A70s?
