My ammi once told me that at my nani's house in Pakistan, christian missionaries visited her, and my nani called the police to arrest the Christian missionaries, since it is illegal for Christian missionaries to do any proselytization activities to Muslims in Pakistan.

My concerns arise when people are forced to convert to another religion, often due to pressure or manipulation. Unfortunately, South Asia has seen cases of such coercion, which I strongly oppose.

When it comes to the Christian community in India, although they are a minority, they are quite united. However, the matter of foreign funding raises some questions. Well…I think that’s a bit extreme to have them arrested IMO and a bit hypocritical.

How would they know ahead of time that the house they are approaching…belongs to Muslims? Do u expect to be psychic?
Why is it okay for Muslims to preach(tableeghi jamaat) in non Muslim countries? But not okay the other way around?
If a Muslim is swayed easily by another religion’s preaching…well then his/her iman(faith) was only hanging by a thread anyways…and he/she did not learn/ponder/believe in Islam’s teachings as he/she should have. There are various Islamic scholars who do comparative study of other religions in detail(including a thorough study of other religions’ scriptures and traditions) and yet they remain devout Muslims.

To answer ur question directly…yes I have been approached by Christian missionaries(out in public) and at home..including Mormons…and I politely declined.

They still visit Pakistan bro and are everywhere. There have never been restrictions on them, aside Saudi and a few states. However the faith of the people is strong and they are wary of being open with their ideas.

As a result of our openness they engaged in a great deal of activity in the 80's and 90's in Africa, Indonesia etc where Muslims left their faith to become Christian. With the advent of missionary Islam where many movements take part in and the rise of numerous great Islamic speakers we swung the tide back and took back millions of former Muslims into our ranks again i.e. they embraced the shahadat. Now Muslim missionary efforts are on a massive offensive, you see Dawah tables everywhere in the West, and in our ancestral lands many movements go house to house and organise events to keep the Iman of Muslims strong.

Christian missionaries have very bad track record in world. In Australia, little trouble and they give you Bible on hands

I had good relations with Aboriginal people of Western Australia. Once I was troubling for residence and sitting on Aboriginal park. And a man came and offered me Bible along with other Aboriginal people. I refused as I didn't want help on name of accepting Bible

These Christian missionaries visit many poor countries to obviously convert people. They have very special focus for certain Islamic counties. Pakistan is certainly one of them. Did you know that some Western diplomatic missions in developing nations including Pakistan are also involved in such activities? The government of Pakistan and other agencies are aware.

The ultra hardline BJP of Modi simply doesn't allow such Christian missionary activities in Hindustan. Such groups are immediately expelled without notice.
