Israel is a monster. Its receiving billions of dollars of military aid + its own massive investments on its military. Their research & dev, their air defense, air power, and their notorious intelligence agency are one of the world's best. Such capabilities are up against mere groups which were already heavily sanctioned. Hamas + Hezbullah + Houthis stand no real chance against Israel. After crippling Hamas, they have turned their attention to Hezbullah and systematically took off their command & control, their top leadership, their communication all severely damaged. Disabling 1000s of Hezbullah members with those exploding pagers was one of the wickest, evil and at the same time extremely intelligent move by israeli spy agency. They also crippled their communication. A group cannot perform optimally in the blackout when they know any sort of communication attempt is going to be intercepted by enemy. Israel will further degrade Hezbullah.
Israel could only be somewhat bothered if full nation state like Turkey or Egypt or Iran enters into fullscale war. But we all know, that's not going to happen as these countries know the world's super power backs Israel. These countries will be crippled not only militarily but economically as well by cutting all trades and imposing sanctions.
Hamas attack on 7th oct was a grave mistake. They shouldn't have attacked unless they had any real capability to safeguard Gaza from israeli invasion. Hamas fighters showed extreme bravery during last one year, firing 1000s of RPGs towards Israeli tanks but again most of the times those Israeli armor kept going on without much damage. That's why I said, they should have had aquired better anti-tank weapons, better drones, better planning and then they should have got Hezbullah onboard to attack simultaneously. I simply didn't understand what they really achieve by 7th oct attack. They gave all the excuses to israel to first turn Gaza into rubble and then occupy it. Its so sad, that Palestinians sufferings only increased. They already suffered a lot for 70+ years.
