Historic: India opens IIT in UAE

There are more Indian students studying outside India than Pakistanis studying outside Pakistan and that number is only going up which raises the question of why?

We Pakistanis should stop complaining and hating each other. This has become quite habitual to the point that it only harms our reputation internationally. if someone doesn't like their prospects in Pakistan, they can always leave.

Anyhow there is no question we must invest more in education and improve our system but let us not discount everthing as bad. Most of the Pakistani Doctors in U.S and Canada are educated from Agha Khan and King Edward. These people should be grateful rather than hating Pakistan because they got to the west because of their Pakistani education Also recently, Quaid e Azam University made it to top 500 which is quiet encouraging.

And finally to your point, Pakistanis will not go to Middle East to study and that too at an Indian Institute. Pakistanis usually go to Central Asia, Turkiye and China and for a good reason. Their education is on par with any country in the developed world and they are cheaper and our people face less visa issues.

We heard Pakistani students also in IITs in India. As we find, more than 1.0crore Pakistani and Bangladeshi-Afghani are now having life in India, on "OCI" visa which provides Adhar card

UAE is a devil that has deep tentacles with its Hindutva partner India.

You guys should still count yourself lucky that the Abraham Accords haven't finalised yet. The Saudis and UAE are going to reveal their true colors after the finalisation of Abraham Accords. Pakistan will be cast aside.
MBS is hidden Ex-Muslim. 😁

It's a guarantee that Pakistani students and students of any nationality would be allowed to study there. UAE would definitely want its own students studying there as well. They want to be the education hub of middle east.

The entrance exam would be conducted in UAE so anyone who can travel to UAE or be a resident would be able to give it.

I would say its only a matter of time that the first Pakistani student enters it. I'm a bit excited about it. Would be interesting to see Pakistani perspective on their experiences at IIT.

its good to know that its a guarantee that Pakistani students would be allowed to study in IIT campus of UAE....

here we have a news as below about IITs offer seats to foreign students in India also :coffee:
