China controls 100% of military grade heavy rare earth which is indispensable for the ICBM and midcourse interceptor, and China can field as many interceptor as it wants.

Before the warhead re-entry phase, it is the midcourse phase, China could intercept any ICBM before its warhead re-entry phase.

China can detect the incoming from 8000 km away.
