The same culture also has existed and exists in KPK which in alot of areas has been successfully integrated with rest of state and the youth studying in the best institutions of Pakistan.

There's a big difference between the mindset of people on one side of the durand line from the other side. Stop bunching the people of Balochistan and KPK with the cavemen on the west. Just cause they belong to same ethnicities doesn't mean they are the same. Pashtuns of KPK for example really dislike Afghans cause of the behaviour you have already mentioned. Please visit and meet people of the areas.

The wider culture exists, but the old cultural governance does not , that was softened ages ago, hence they can integrate and participate
The Taliban of today have fought world powers to still be the Taliban, they therefore are the most zealous having sacrificed for it
The constructive point here is not to condemn them as forever bandits, but to understand the depth of the problem and strategies to get those parts to be like kpk more
I believe they must be open to this, they are not

Pakistan as a concept, a nuclear Muslim state only exists because we are not like these people. Otherwise it would be a rabble like them. This is why they attack Pakistan, they know there is nothing like it in the rest of the Muslim world. Their ceiling is ayatollah or Taliban

Wherever the old cultural governance exists, it exists cause of the full support of the Establishment. When was the last time State ever tried to establish confidence and trust in the people regarding the state? It has been absent since last 7 decades. And now people have an issue why people of those lands behave like that? I am not buying it. I have seen the situation on the ground myself for most of my life.

I agree with Imran khan. if the soviets were coming to Afghanistan and had taken over the country, what was Pakistani establishments problem, why would they meddle in the country and will start insurgency there, why ? only for $ollars. these generals not only destroyed Afghanistan but destroyed Pakistans economy and got the whole region in war, taking the economic investment opportunities away, whereas india being stable got it. These low life generals destroyed afghanistan but also Pakistan. i completely agree with Imran Khan on this

It's not about fear and the fight back we're thinking about is against the Baloch and pashtuns. Terrorists will kill their own to hold on to power. Your heart is in the right place but you are biased, not seeing past the corruption of backwards culture.

Dont worry about the Baloch and Pashtuns my brother. They have fought those same terrorists on their own for decades without any state support. If the state wants to civilise the areas, it should come with a hammer and destroy the sardari system, maliks of FATA and other systems of past.
"Backwards Culture" whatever that means will get weeded out on its own when the literacy rate rises and the opportunities increase for the locals to integrate in the overall society. Have such efforts been done?
